Buy some flowers or make some food bags and walk the streets, then randomly give the flowers or food to a stranger. They may simply be blessed and walk on, or they will be curious and will ask questions, a chance to spread God's word.

    This idea is good, maybe with the food or flowers(etc) there could be something like a mini card, maybe credit card size, with a word of encouragement and it saying god loves them?
